A mixed use waterfront development on the shores of the Spokane River and Lake Coeur d'Alene in Post Falls Idaho, with access to over 85 nautical miles of waterways. The Post Falls Landing development, a new downtown for Post Falls Idaho, features a marina, condominiums, commercial and retail, a water front parkway, walking, biking, boating, water sports, and civic components such as a performing arts theater and outdoor amphitheater. The first phase of Post Falls Landing will consist of 3 condominium structures (two 20 unit buildings and one 47 unit building) as well as a state of the art boat marina with 142 fixed boat slips, gas dock, convenience store and transient docking for visitors to Post Falls Landing.
